OSL is looking for a Strategic Channel Lead (Card Payment)
We are seeking an experienced Channel Lead to drive and expand OSL Pay’s global banking and payment partnerships. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with banks, card networks, insurers, and third-party payment providers across regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of payments and fintech, combined with strong regulatory awareness across multiple jurisdictions. Prior exposure to crypto or digital assets is a plus.
- Develop, maintain, and expand strategic banking relationships across multiple regions to support OSL Pay’s global growth.
- Identify, open, and manage new card channels and payment partnerships (card organizations, insurers, third-party providers) to strengthen the company’s product offering.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring commercial, regulatory, and operational alignment.
- Assess new market opportunities with an understanding of jurisdictional differences, licensing requirements, and regulatory policy frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and business teams to integrate and optimize payment and card channels.
- Monitor partner performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to maximize value and mitigate issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven success managing banking and payment partnerships.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, card acquiring/issuing, and channel development.
- Knowledge of regional regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must, to ensure effective communication with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Crypto or digital asset industry experience a strong plus.
